Even though the study found that only 15% believe that social media interaction (in small businesses) would influence them to be loyal customer - that&#039;s still a descent chunk of people.  I believe that even if only 1% of consumers would be loyal due to your social media interaction, the cost of using social media (your time) is well worth it from their repeat business.</description>
